The wine is light pink with hints of roses, cherry, and pomegranate in its aroma. It is lively and fresh on the palate, showing firm acidity while providing velvety notes of roses, apricots, and honeydew melon, with an enjoyable finish.

This wine is produced from Nero d’Avola grapes and is challenging to make due to the need to balance a red wine’s body and a white wine’s versatility. However, Sicili surprised us with its fresh taste and perfect acidity, making it suitable. It maintains its unique flavours and aromas if consumed within two years. This wine pairs well with mixed hors d’oeuvres, pasta dishes, white meats, fish, shellfish, and cheese.
